Global Pharmaceutical Company: Post Merger Integration
Business Challenges
The client just completed the acquisition of one of its smaller rivals and needed consulting assistance with merging the acquired company’s sales force data and other data from the acquired company into its existing Veevas-based CRM application platform.
Approach & Recommendation
We created a roadmap to support the various migration waves of the data integration program and rolled out a series of projects to support the various stages. We built out the project plan for the data migration team and managed a group comprising of a mix of onshore and off shore resources.
Results
We completed all three phases of data integration of initiatives and were responsible for all of the project management activities including financial and resource management for the entire life cycle of the program.
We worked with the onshore team to drive all business requirements and design sessions with key stakeholders. These business requirements drove the development, testing, and data migration activities. We also implemented a robust testing program with defect tracking and regression testing which went live with minimal errors.
