Within this company, there was low visibility for strategic planning and forecasting due to a lack of standardized processes. There was limited visibility of customer activities across all geographic regions. Furthermore, planning and forecasting was done manually.
Approach & Recommendation
Results from an assessment concluded that alignment should be done with the global strategy. Aligning with global processes and a global ERP platform would lead to consistent financial and management reporting, and greater visibility into their sales and profitability numbers.
Results
We worked with the client to develop the business case for Oracle implementation and managed the system integrator for the Oracle eBusiness and Business intelligence (BI) implementation and application developments.
