The client needed assistance in gathering high-level business requirements and determining which modules of potential Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software packages would meet their business requirements.

Our Approach

Our approach consisted of facilitating interview sessions to provide information about Oracle and SAP functionality and its adoption in relevant industries. We managed vendor demonstrations and estimated the total cost of implementation, and discussed the benefits.

What We Accomplished

We developed a plan to manage the system selection process with software vendors and facilitated vendor demonstration events with the client staff. We also identified and quantified the benefits and costs, and presented our findings to the executive team.
