This global company had a strategic objective to capture market share and become a leader in certain industry verticals over a specific time horizon. The executive team needed to understand whether the current organizational model would support their strategic objectives and what strategies or recommendations were needed if the current model was flawed.

 

Approach & Recommendation

We developed an approach to review key business functional areas and assess the maturity of each of these functions, along with the enabling technology.

 

 

Results

We conducted and facilitated various Global Supply Chain Executive Workshops to define supply chain, manufacturing, and quality and sourcing components. We also developed a component business model and validated key strategic drivers to align with the global business transformation model and roadmap for key strategic opportunities and implementation for the supply chain, manufacturing, and quality and sourcing functional areas.
