Business Challenges

A global fast-forward fashion and retail company with four marketing leading brands were experiencing sluggish growth while rival brands were beginning to chip away at their global market dominance and gaining market share. The company decided to embark on an enterprise transformation initiative, reengineer their business processes, and build/implement a technology platform to support the growth and transformation of the brands and realign resources to the new business model.

 

Our Approach

Our approach entailed conducting a current state assessment of the merchandising and the receipt planning business processes for both pre-season and in-season activities along with all the cross functional integration touch points.

 

What We Accomplished

We also developed the future state model and operationalized the receipt plan process leveraging Manugistics Fulfillment, JDA EP and SAP applications. Lastly, we implemented and rolled-out the updated receipt plan processes and drove standardization across all brands.
