A global automotive company decided to insource key logistics activities it had once outsourced to a service provider.

We conducted a global assessment across four continents to understand the current state model which included all the people, processes, and resources.
Results
We completed the assessment of all the key business processes including Network Design, Engineering, Freight Audit, and Pay. We delivered current state and future state models to support the transition. We also developed an impact analysis, developed a roadmap, and provided an implementation strategy to assist in executing the roadmap.
